Today, POW is celebrating our first decade of music, covering bands all over the globe. For the past 10 years, POW has been covering the music scene with a focus on psychedelia, garage rock, prog, and everything in between. Today we celebrate our ten years of video journalism, music reviews and our own live shows on stage and live stream, and look forward to what lies ahead.
POW was inspired from two radio shows documented on video ten-years ago at KFJC 89.7 FM in Los Altos Hills California. The two part show, Pow Magazine Anthology was about the original printed version of Pow Magazine from the 1980s with recorded interviews and live music archived by co-founder, Dennis Gonzales.
