Thee Oh Sees, POW!, and Mind Meld packed the venue with people dangling along the edge platform upstairs and crowd surfing with an all ages show at Non Plus Ultra D.I.Y. venue. This is a brief recount of one of our Los Angeles contributors ending up pushed by the moshing to surface in the lions den with a crowd surf level off the chart and facing two drummers, bassist and the inevitable eye line of John Dwyer. She stayed the entire show witnessing the crowd pummeled into both drum sets repeatedly. Nothing phased those in the front row as they were all gathered for a playground affair.
